Who this is for
This bootcamp is for early-stage founders who are getting polite “no’s” from investors but don’t know why. You’re typically Pre-Seed to Seed, you’ve built real product or traction, and you believe your company should be fundable — but the market isn’t responding.

Weekly curriculum (8 weeks)
Week 1
Founder narrative & investment story
We start with the story, not the slides.
- Why story beats traction at early stage
- Your founder-market fit and credibility signals
- Defining “what we believe about the world”
- Translating your vision into an investable thesis
Week 2
Pitch deck structure & story arc
We build the deck skeleton the way investors read it.
- The only 11–13 slides you actually need
- Problem → solution → traction → market → team → ask
- Common “deck killers” that trigger instant no’s
- Using narrative to guide what goes on each slide
Week 3
Traction, market & proof points
We sharpen how you present your traction and market.
- Making small numbers sound like strong signals
- Early PMF, demand & urgency indicators
- Right-sized TAM / “why now” for early stage
- Choosing the proof points that actually move VCs
Week 4
Deck deep dive & messaging polish
We go slide by slide and polish the full deck.
- Live teardown and rebuild of key slides
- Clarifying your ask, use of funds and timeline
- Aligning narrative, metrics and visuals
- Finalizing a VC-grade pitch deck you’re proud of
Week 5
Dataroom & proof of readiness
We build the minimum viable dataroom investors expect.
- Seed-stage dataroom essentials (and what to leave out)
- Lightweight financial model & metric view
- Milestone-based funding needs & runway story
- Packaging docs so intros don’t stall in diligence
Week 6
Investor targeting & thesis matching
We create a focused investor list before you send a single email.
- Mapping funds by stage, check size & thesis
- Prioritizing VCs, CVCs & Family Offices by fit
- Building a 50–150 investor pipeline that makes sense
- Scoring & segmenting targets instead of spraying and praying
Week 7
Outreach strategy, scripts & funnel
We help you set up a repeatable investor outreach engine.
- Warm intro maps vs. high-quality cold outreach
- Email & LinkedIn scripts that earn replies
- Tracking your outreach in a simple CRM / pipeline
- Follow-up cadence and handling “maybe / later” responses
Week 8
Mock pitch, objections & intro prep
We pressure-test your pitch before you meet our investor network.
- Live mock pitch with structured feedback
- Rehearsing answers to the top investor objections
- How to run first calls, follow-ups & next steps
- Intro-readiness check so we protect your and our reputation

7-day money-back guarantee
If after the first week you don’t feel you’re getting value, email us within 7 days of your start date and we’ll refund your first payment. No arguments. No hard feelings.
We only want founders in the room who feel this is materially improving their fundraising odds.
Intros to investors (after completion)
Our core business is helping top-tier founders raise from VCs, CVCs and Family Offices. This bootcamp brings those playbooks to founders who aren’t yet a direct Diadem fit — and gives us enough signal to make high-quality introductions.
After successful completion of the bootcamp (narrative, deck, dataroom, investor list and mock pitch), we will introduce you to relevant investors in our network on a 1% success fee basis. We only make intros where we see a real possibility of fit.
FAQs
What counts as “successful completion”?
You’ve attended the sessions, completed the key deliverables (story, deck, dataroom, investor list) and passed an intro-readiness mock pitch so we’re confident putting you in front of investors.
Is this an accelerator?
No. This is a fundraising bootcamp. We don’t take equity for participation. We focus on getting you investor-ready and then introducing you to capital on a 1% success fee basis.
Can I leave after the first month?
Yes. The program is billed monthly. You can cancel after the first month. If you cancel in the first 7 days and you’re not finding value, we’ll refund your first payment under our guarantee.
Do you guarantee I’ll raise?
No one can guarantee a round gets done. What we can do is put you in the top tier of preparation, fix the story and materials that are currently blocking you, and connect you to a curated set of investors where we see real fit.
